How can I view the status of my order?

If you are a registered customer, please click on “Sign In” at the right upper side of our web page and then select “Order Information”. There, you can see all of your orders placed, their details and statuses.

If you have placed an order as a guest customer, you will receive an email as soon as your order is dispatched.

How can I track my order after it has been sent?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will be informed with an email, which will include your parcel’s unique tracking number as issued by FedEx. You may also track the status of your shipment from the My Account section within our online shop or via the FedEx website. Both locations will allow you to view your order’s up to date location and expected delivery date and time.

If you are a registered customer, visit your account, click on “Order Information” and then on “Track” next to your order’s dispatched date.

If you have placed an order as a guest customer, please visit Fedex website at www.fedex.com and insert your tracking number, which was sent to you via e-mail upon shipping, in the relevant field.

What happens if I do not receive my order?

If after a reasonable time period you have not received your order, please contact FedEx and provide them with the tracking number you received in the email. If this does not resolve the situation, please feel free to contact our Customer Care department:
